I am an economist and I would like you to participate

I am an economist and I would like you to think how you would organize life in an hypothetical world. Imagine one island the size of Australia. Imagine in that island lives 100 people. Being that big the island for so few people everyone should live a luxury life. In the island you could choose a piece of land the size of a football pitch or bigger and make a house. A one story house without the need of stairs for the easy arrival of deliveries. The most simple construction with everything in the dream house. Swimming pool, a warehouse, several toilets, living rooms. Why i have to work all my life as a chef to not have at the end even a hole to get buried into?. Share if you dare and care. Thank you.
