Why they don’t close the kitchens?, don’t they understand they put my life in danger as a customer? I want to eat safe. If the premises are dirty with dead animals why the kitchen is not closed and reopened when all the issues are fixed?. I speak Spanish, Italian, English and a little bit of Russian. I can cook everything because in my career I have cooked anything. I have worked as a chef, pastry chef, baker, kitchen manager, kitchen porter for 18 years in London. So many people know me and how I work. Do you need help? I am an economist and I am confident I can help you make money with my knowledge. My restaurant has only one dish, in my restaurant you can only eat traditional spanish ommelette with hummus, salad and bread. All is cooked fresh from scratch the same day the food is delivered or eaten. The ambiance is great, the food is always great because we only make one easy dish. When you come to my place you can socialize and have a good time and if you are hungry you can have the meal. Cheap. It’s so cheap.
