I have an idea for a book

I have an idea for a book or movie that I want to sell. The story is simple. A vulnerable victim is incapacitated and taken by force to a special place by a psychopath or serial killer who wants to play. The peculiarity of this movie is the victim never see or hear the psychopath because the psychopath never talks or is seen. This psychopath communicates in writing. Try to imagine the situation. A serial killer searches for innocent victims to incapacitate and kidnap. One moment the victim is in a place and the next moment the victim wakes up in a room, kind of like the isolation cell of a police station. That room has two doors. One is the entrance and the other door leads to a studio flat well equipped, with fridge and freezer, with nice bathroom, kitchen with all kind of equipment  and ingredients, it’s a wonderful studio flat to live in. You can play darts or snooker. You have a radio and TV and music. When you enter the first impression is that you could live there all your life. Even has a small gym. It has been explained to you in writing that the flat has a particularity. The flat is a gas chamber. The controller of the flat that is observed from the outside has two buttons, “sleep” and “kill”. When the button “sleep” is pressed all the studio flat is filled with a gas and the victim is woken up tortured. The film is extremely intense psychologically. The psychopath controls in written what he wants and what he doesn’t want and the victim the same. The psychopath can press at any moment the button “sleep” or “kill”. When the button is pressed either the gas is lethal or the gas only makes the victim unconscious for a while. The victim wakes up being tortured. How is the torture? The victim should not see or hear the psychopath. Do you understand the plot? I am a psychologist and rational thinker and I am being censored. The story of the movie is transformative. Think you are the psychopath or you are the victim. What would you do? I am trying to help. I need time. Just think about the plot and if you would like a book or a film. The prize is negotiable. The film is about having absolute control over someone. Either the victim obeys  or the victim is punished. I fantasize. I like the thought. I like thinking. Think about people you would like to have in the studio flat. The psychopath provides for everything because the victim is completely isolated except for radio and television. There are not telephones in the studio flat. The victim hears how the kidnap goes from the news. Everyone knows one person has been kidnapped. It is important. The victim knows from the news if they are searching him or her. The psychopath only wants to be obeyed and in return he or she provides for whatever is necessary for you to be good. Captivity is for as long as you want, there are only two buttons, “sleep” or “torture” or “kill”. Two gases in a studio flat that in a brief time puts the victim unconscious to be tortured or it’s game over. For how long can anyone survive in those conditions? Depends on how ruthless or severe or evil is the psychopath. The psychopath has absolute control. Depends on how long the victim is going to live after the first torture. I am trying to get you into the movie. Reading can provoke intense thoughts.  Understanding the scenario is terrifying. The life of the victim depends on the life of the psychopath.
