I am a psychologist, I can help your company. The most important of a company is the people. The more you give the more you receive. Results are rewarded. Are there complains? Are there accidents? The objective is to minimize complains. The objective is to make people happy. A company exists to make a product or offer a service to make people happy. All should be happy. We all are customers, we all want the best service or product for our money. I am not a fighter, humanity confuse me for what I am not. I am a rational thinker, a person trying to change the world the best I can or know to live well. I live to be better. I live to learn and improve. I want the censorship to end. Do you want me to go back to work? I am depressed, anxious, worried. I live one day at a time. Every moment alive counts. Spinoza was right and nobody listened. An exercise to improve your life is to read Spinoza. Why the wars? The truth God’s Creation is the only that matters. If you are in prison my advice is to change the prison to escape.
