The claim the Quran has been memorized has never been put to the test. I will give the first muslim, or any  other person for that matter, who writes the Quran from memory my three bedroom flat in Spain in the city of Burgos. A flat for proving to oneself and others someone has incredible memory, it’s a win win situation. I don’t believe it is posible to memorize the Quran, it’s too long and too difficult. I can be wrong. To memorize the Quran the task has to be divided. Instead of all muslims trying to memorize the whole book is better if the task and the people are divided and the fruit of the effort is joined. To remember a verse is easy, so if some people remembered only one verse and they put together the fruit of their effort the goal would be accomplished easily. Let’s say each muslim is assigned to remember only one verse and the position in the text. Each muslim is told to remember an especific verse and where that verse belongs to, which chapter, which position in the chapter. How do you know the Quran has been memorized and the word of God protected from destruction if you don’t test the claim? If anyone accomplish to write from memory the entire Quran it would be the most valuable copy in history, the proof the Quran was memorized, it would be worth fortunes. I think the true God is Spinoza’s God. Thank you.
